Boutique financial planning practice in Subiaco requires a full time (4 day) Client Service Manager for immediate start.
Working with a small team including a paraplanner, CSO and senior adviser you will be responsible for the core administrative responsibilities in the business including
Issue of advice documentation (SoA/RoA)
Advice implementation - open / close accounts, portfolio rebalance etc.
Maintain Xplan records
Assist clients with general queries and updates
Enjoy a 4 day week, very relaxed working environment, flexible hours and dedicated secure on site car bay.
Previous experience as a paraplanner, CSO or CSM is highly regarded, competitive salary and flexible working conditions. Scope for the role to be hybrid office / work from home.
