Your day will involve using various databases to connect with Pioneers customers by phone. At times, this may include reaching out to their support network where appropriate. The overall goal is to understand the customer’s situation and work with them to ease their financial stress through tailored repayment solutions.

About the role

Monday to Friday 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Handle a high volume of outbound and inbound calls with confidence and purpose.

Partner with our customers to create achievable repayment solutions that make a difference.

Locating and re-engaging customers through a purposeful approach to help people get back on track.

Engaging in dynamic work guided by key performance indicators (KPI’s).

What We’re Looking For

Eager to learn, understand and follow compliance regulations and best practices.

Excellent listening, communication and negotiation skills.

Confidently connect with customers and third parties.

Skilled in using computers and databases to streamline tasks and boost productivity.
