The Role

We’re seeking a motivated Junior Settlements Officer / Admin to join our team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start their career in mortgage broking, with full training and support provided.

You’ll be responsible for assisting the broker and supporting clients through the loan process from submission to settlement. This role is the perfect stepping stone into the industry, with plenty of room to grow and the opportunity to progress into more senior positions, including a broking role in the future.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage client, lender, and business contact relationships.

Support loan applications and settlements

Data entry and document preparation using Apply Online and CRM systems.

Liaise with lenders, clients, and referral partners to ensure smooth application progress.

Maintain compliance standards and meet deadlines with accuracy.

Provide professional, timely, and supportive client communication.

Uphold our Make It Happen Finance values and deliver exceptional service.

About You

We’re looking for someone eager to learn and ready to “make it happen.” You don’t need years of experience - just the right attitude, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in finance.

You’ll bring:

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Strong computer skills and ability to learn quickly.

Excellent organisation and time management skills.

A positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.

Previous experience in finance, banking, or admin (desirable but not essential).
