Lending Specialist - Puckapunyal (Regional Victoria)

Our client, a well-regarded member-focused financial institution, is seeking an experienced Lending Specialist to join their branch network in Puckapunyal. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about customer service, relationship management, and helping members achieve their financial goals, while enjoying the benefits of living and working in regional Victoria.

About the role

As a Lending Specialist, you will:

• Be the first point of contact for home lending (owner-occupied, investment, and construction loans).
• Build strong, long-term relationships with members by providing tailored lending solutions.
• Contribute to branch growth through proactive business development, member referrals, and portfolio management.
• Support day-to-day branch operations, including teller services, account maintenance, and general enquiries.
• Work towards individual and team targets while ensuring exceptional service delivery and compliance.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service and sales within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of credit products and lending processes.
• Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and/or Lending Accreditation (desirable).
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Australian Citizenship (essential).
