The Role
Based in the heart of the Perth CBD, the Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of a significant multi-site property asset. You’ll coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance programs, manage contractors, ensure compliance with safety standards, and contribute to long-term asset planning. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same—ranging from troubleshooting building systems to liaising with stakeholders to ensure a positive experience for residents and visitors.

The Criteria

• Proven experience in building, facilities, or property maintenance management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, compliance, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Ability to coordinate contractors, obtain quotes, and monitor budgets.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• Trade qualification (preferred) & police clearance.
