About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to join the team at James Sheahan Catholic High School and support with the operations of the administration function. This unique role offers an early start at approximately 6:30am, giving you the benefit of finishing by 2:30pm.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. Key tasks will include:
- Managing staff attendance and absences.
- Coordinating replacements, transfers of duties, and coverage for absent staff (including excursions, incursions, meetings, and professional learning).
- Communicating daily routines and any changes to staff.
- Inducting, organising, instructing and supervising casual staff.
- Liaising with senior staff to coordinate and support changes to routine.
