ICP Group is a manufacturer and distributor of coatings and adhesives to the global market for leading brands such as Rebound Ace, Plexipave and Stainproof.

Join the dynamic team at ICP Group Australasia as a full-time Customer Service Officer based in our Tullamarine, VIC office. In this varied and fulfilling role, you will be the friendly face and voice of our organisation, providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email and online channels

Providing accurate and timely information to customers, and assisting them with a range of administrative tasks

Processing orders and invoices , including ECommerce, returns and other customer transactions efficiently and accurately

Maintaining customer records and databases to ensure information is up-to-date and accessible

Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members and following up to ensure customer satisfaction

Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

Booking freight, domestic and export and preparing documentation

Assisting warehouse team with stock checks

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within the client and sales administration industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with customers from diverse backgrounds

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems, MYOB and standard Microsoft office software

A friendly, approachable and helpful attitude, with a genuine desire to provide outstanding customer service
