• Program Test Manager | Large Government Program | 12+12 Month Contract
• Must be based in Melbourne | Hybrid / WFH – No Remote
• Approx. $130-160/hour | Must be an Australian Citizen | ASAP start

As the Program Test Manager, you will play a pivotal role in a large transformation program within a federal government organisation. You will be working on major programs of work to deliver innovative fit-for-need ICT-based solutions.

You will lead and conduct testing activities across Digital Platforms projects. You will work closely with the business to ensure test strategy and standards are in place. You will have demonstrated experience across large complex programs. Prior knowledge and experience in Salesforce would be a benefit for this opportunity.

Key duties and responsibilities…

• Manage test delivery with vendors and internal staff to ensure that across projects the delivery remain within scope, schedule, cost, and quality targets as defined with project teams.
• Test SME understanding the tools and leading management and other stakeholders to use them.
• Analyse and report on test activities and results, and escalating issues and risks to project management.
• Develop test plans, test cases and supporting test data and/or requirements, under own direction from the specifications.
• Assign execution test cases at various stages of testing.
• Contribute to team improvement initiatives and projects, including team tools, process changes, and test automation.
• Identify, manage and document defects, programming errors and operational characteristics that are inconsistent with stated requirements and design specifications.
• Manage testing for multiple projects.
• Accurately record time and effort for test case.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective and timely implementation of projects.
• Manage Defect Triages and meetings.
• Coordinate with business teams and supports them during UAT.

Casual Loading
Please note for all Australian based contract and temporary roles only, the pay rate is inclusive of mandatory 25% casual loading. This excludes permanent and fixed term roles.
