Pacific Health & Wellbeing is on the lookout for passionate Speech Pathologists to join our teams in Brisbane and Toowoomba. Whether you’re an experienced Speechy ready for your next challenge, or a new graduate eager to kickstart your career, we’d love to hear from you.
About the position:
Provide high-quality, ethical, and evidence-based speech pathology services across the lifespan.
A mix of in-clinic and community appointments – no two days are ever the same, keeping your work dynamic and rewarding.
Assess and collaborate with clients, families, and stakeholders to design and implement therapy programs in meaningful and creative ways.
Develop and implement strategies, interventions, and assistive technology to enhance communication, participation, and quality of life.
Complete assessments and reports that support life transitions and goal attainment.
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to optimise client outcomes.
Engage in ongoing professional development to support growth and maintain best practice standards.
Participate in identifying new client opportunities and referrals to expand your impact.

About you:
· Proven goal-oriented and person-centered approach and mindset
·You're looking for a supportive environment to grow into leadership positions or clinical excellence in an interest of your choice.
·You have a fun & friendly nature and are keen to be part of a dynamic team who are passionate about what they do.
·Excellent communication and computer literacy skills
·Positive outlook and self-motivation to engage with our clients and external stakeholders.
·Working knowledge of SPA (preferred)
·Mixed caseload experience (preferred, but not essential)
You will need:
· Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
· NDIS Disability Worker Screening clearance, (or willing to obtain)
· Working with Children Check, (or willing to obtain)
· Senior First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain)
· Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module (or willing to obtain)
· SPA Registered
· Current driver’s license-QLD
