About the Role
This mobile role is designed for someone who values autonomy, creativity, and flexibility – all backed by structured support. You’ll be delivering therapy in homes, kindergartens, and schools, using a parent-coaching and strengths-based approach.
As a Speech Pathologist your responsibilities will include:
• Providing mobile speech pathology services to children aged 2–12
• Coaching parents and carers to embed strategies into everyday routines
• Writing clear, family-friendly NDIS reports and therapy plans
• Collaborating with other professionals to support holistic care
• Participating in regular supervision and mentoring
• Contributing to resource development and service planning

About You
You’re early in your career (or newly graduated) and you’re ready to learn, lead and grow. You’re values-driven, a natural communicator, and passionate about helping children thrive in their home and community settings.
As a Speech Pathologist you will possess:
• A recognised degree in Speech Pathology
• Are eligible for SPA membership and hold a valid driver's licence
• Are passionate about working with families and culturally diverse communities
• Enjoy thinking on your feet and bringing creativity into sessions
• Want strong supervision and a clear pathway for growth
• Are comfortable working independently – but love being part of a team
