About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Payroll Officer who is confident in processing end-to-end payroll within a fast-paced environment. Reporting to a supportive Payroll Manager and working alongside a collaborative team, you will play a key role in ensuring payroll is processed accurately and efficiently.

Duties

• Process end-to-end payroll for a large, complex workforce
  
• Manage leave calculations including long service, parental and maternity leave
  
• Undertake terminations and redundancies
  
• Interpret EBAs and Awards confidently
  
• Provide timely and professional responses to payroll queries
  
• Ensure compliance across payroll processes and deadlines
  
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team culture
  

Skills and Experience

• Demonstrated experience in high-volume, end-to-end payroll processing
  
• Exposure to large payroll systems (experience with Micropay is desirable but not essential)
  
• Strong knowledge of EBAs and Awards
  
• Excellent communication skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines
  
• A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset
