We’re expanding our services at New Style Property Group, and we’re looking for a motivated and proactive property professional to help grow and manage our residential portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage a portfolio of residential rental properties (routine inspections, maintenance, lease renewals)

Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring excellent service and communication

Identify and convert new business opportunities (landlords, investors, referrals)

Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new clients

Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the game

Ensure compliance with legislation and internal policies

Collaborate with a supportive team to drive business growth

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential property management

Current QLD Certificate of Registration (essential)

Proven ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders

Strong knowledge of relevant property legislation and best practices

Highly organised, self-motivated, and proactive

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

A love of learning and a positive, solutions-focused mindset

Desirable (But Not Essential)

Experience in business development within the real estate industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience using Canva and creating content for social media channels
