The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Concreters and Formworkers to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to take pride in their work, be part of a supportive crew, and potentially step into a leadership role.

What you'll be doing

Prepare and pour concrete using various machinery and tools

Finish concrete surfaces to the required specifications and standards

Assist with the set-up and maintenance of equipment and work areas

Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with relevant regulations

Setting out and installing formwork for slabs, walls, pavements, and other structures

Placement, finishing, and curing concrete to a high standard

Reading and interpreting plans and drawings

What we're looking for

Previous experience in concreting and/or formwork (commercial, civil, or high-end residential)

Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial or civil concreting and/or formwork

• Driver's licence reliable transport

• Ability to read and understand plans/drawings

• Punctual and reliable with strong work ethic

• Excavation or plant operating experience (highly regarded)

• Relevant trade qualification (preferred but not essential

Competent in the use of concrete equipment and tools

Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work

Strong team player with good communication skills

Commitment to workplace health and safety

Current construction industry tickets and licences

Valid White Card (Construction Induction Card)

Demonstrated experience in formwork, steel fixing, and reading construction plans
