The Opportunity:

This exciting expansion creates a key leadership role for the right candidate. We're seeking someone with strong ownership mentality and brand loyalty who can drive market share growth and brand awareness across Melbourne's western region.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Directly manage West Melbourne branch sales and mentor team through hands-on coaching

Operations Management: Oversee daily showroom operations, quality-check installations, and provide on-the-job team training

Brand Development: Build HAMER 4X4's market presence through direct customer engagement and community involvement

Channel Strategy: Personally develop wholesale partnerships through face-to-face meetings with 4x4 shops and dealerships

Continuous Improvement: Gather market feedback through direct customer interactions and hands-on product testing

Marketing Collaboration: Work directly with Marketing Manager on campaign execution and strategy implementation

Events: Personally represent HAMER 4X4 at local 4WD events and trade shows with hands-on product demonstrations

About you :

Minimum 5 years hands-on sales management experience directly coaching teams and personally engaging with key clients

Business degree or equivalent with practical experience applying analytical skills and hands-on strategic planning

Results-driven mindset with personal accountability, willing to work directly alongside team members beyond typical hours 9-5

Direct sales expertise from personal prospecting to hands-on deal closure with active customer service

Strong leadership through example, personally coaching teams and directly influencing stakeholders at all levels

Active industry networking and team-first approach, personally building community relations through direct engagement
