My client is a future-focused, and straight talking firm. They offer comprehensive services across tax, advisory, and SMSF.

The firm was founded just over 10 years ago, and has gone from strength to strength ever since.

They are now looking for a motivated and passionate Accountant to join their team. Your role will involve providing a full suite of accounting services to a diverse range of SME clients, while working closely with two down-to-earth and easy-going Senior Managers. Both of whom are heavily invested in the development of their team.

Internally the firm has had excellent stability and have rarely had to hire in the past 5 years. They put this down to several factors

Career progression - almost all of the Senior level staff have been internally promoted

Good work/life balance - Managers/Partners have young families themselves and understand there is more to life than work

Strong training and mentorship – a good ratio of Managers to junior staff means they are always accessible

The ideal candidate will possess:

CA/CPA qualification or be studying, or looking to commence study

2 + years experience in public practice accounting

A willingness to learn, show initiative and be a positive team player

Strong attention to detail

Good communication skills - both written and verbal
