The Role

As an Intermediate Accountant, you'll work across a diverse range of clients, preparing financial statements, managing tax compliance, and supporting advisory work. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone looking to deepen their technical skills and take the next step in public practice.

What You'll Do

Prepare financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships, individuals, and SMSFs

Manage BAS and IAS lodgments and ensure all reporting meets deadlines

Handle GST, CGT, FBT, and Division 7A matters

Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy across cloud accounting platforms (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks)

Support tax planning and provide advice to clients

Liaise with clients and government bodies to resolve queries and maintain compliance

Contribute to advisory projects including business valuations and due diligence

About You

CA or CPA qualified, or currently studying

At least 2-3 years’ experience in public practice

Strong verbal and written communication skills
