Clayton and Foster Accountants Pty Ltd is a medium sized reputable accounting firm in Coffs Harbour seeking an intermediate accountant with current experience who wants to work with our business clients and team of accountants in a modern and technology driven environment.

We are looking for someone who is pro-active and has aspirations for ongoing development and growth in both skills and salary.

The role

Preparation of Financial Statements, Income Tax Returns and Activity Statements for individual, partnership, company, trust and SMSF clients

Bookkeeping services for small business clients using Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks accounting software

Providing assistance to the Accounting and Bookkeeping team

Staying up-to-date with changes to accounting standards, legislation and best practices

Qualifications and Experience

Experience in the preparation of Financial Statements and Tax Returns

Current experience working as an intermediate accountant within a public practice accounting firm

Proficient in accounting software including experience with Xero, MYOB and Quickbooks

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
