  • Support participants with intake, registration, and necessary paperwork to ensure smooth access to services.
  • Assist with the implementation of case plans that are sensitive to cultural strengths and individual needs.
  • Conduct participant inductions and provide outreach support as required.
  • Participate in group work and basic life skills coaching to support individuals and families.
  • Contribute to the development and smooth operation of the program through team involvement, projects, and quality improvement activities.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships and promote effective service delivery.

  • Current valid WWCC and Drivers licence
  • Ability to follow policies and procedures while learning new processes quickly.

  • Strong listening skills and a positive, person-centred approach that believes in participants' capacity to grow.
  • Professional approach to the role, including maintaining appropriate boundaries.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to a supportive workplace.
  • A willingness to learn and develop skills while actively supporting participants in achieving their goals.

Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications, and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.

  • Rewarding work - every day you know you're making a real difference
  • Not-for-profit salary packaging, reducing your tax (details via AccessPay)
