About the role

Exciting role for an experienced Security Architect to join up with a large utilities company in Melbourne on an initial 12-month fixed term contract as the company embarks on a large-scale cyber uplift program.

Responsibilities:

• Own the security architecture for a major cyber uplift program
• Translate complex security requirements into practical, scalable solutions across IT, OT, and cloud environments
• Be the go-to expert for threat modelling, risk assessments, and security design reviews
• Help define the roadmap for long-term security success
• Define security standards, principles, and frameworks to guide the organisation's technology and operational landscape

Key Skills:

• Previous experience in an IT/OT environment - Utilities, mining, telco, etc
• ISO27001 compliance
• Identity Access Management
• Authentication
• Network Segmentation principles
