About the role

We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Mawson Lakes, Adelaide. In this full-time role, you will be a key player in the smooth and efficient functioning of our supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities:

Purchasing: Place and manage purchase orders to ensure stock availability and cost efficiency.

Logistics Coordination: Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments, working with freight providers to ensure timely delivery.

Sales Order Processing: Accurately process and track sales orders, ensuring all client requirements are met.

Customer & Internal Liaison: Act as a key point of contact between sales, operations, suppliers, and customers to maintain clear communication and efficient workflow.

Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain stock levels, update inventory databases, and forecast future supply needs.

Order Tracking: Ensure all sales orders are accurately tracked and communicated to customers throughout the delivery process.

Shipment Coordination: Organise dispatches and deliveries to align with client schedules and expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a supply chain, logistics, or purchasing role (preferred).

Knowledge of industrial engineering products

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Proficiency in inventory and order management systems.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
