Harcourts Community is looking for a superstar support person to join our growing property management department. By joining this established, reputable agency, you’ll be part of an amazing team culture and experience the benefit of a first-class working environment.
Key tasks that our ideal candidate will be responsible for:
Assisting with leasing, inspections and processing applications.
Manage trust accounts, approving and paying bills on behalf of clients.
Preparing lease documentation and assisting with lease renewals.
Assisting our growth team with administrative support.
Providing backup to our main receptionist and assisting with inbound enquiry.
Be a part of a team that promotes wellbeing in the workplace, a healthy work/life balance, and provides exciting perks and rewards.
Experience is preferred but not absolutely necessary for the right candidate. You will however need a current Queensland Real Estate Certificate from the Office of Fair Trading.
