Community Support Worker – Daily Living Supports

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable female Community Support Worker to provide daily living supports to one of our participants. This role will focus on assisting with domestic chores and day-to-day household support to promote independence and a positive living environment.

About the Role:

Assisting with household and domestic chores

Encouraging independence and building daily living skills

Supporting a friendly and welcoming home environment

Shifts available across morning and afternoon times

Approx. 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to increase hours for the right candidate

Requirements (or willing to obtain):

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

Valid First Aid and CPR certification

Proof of 3 x COVID-19 vaccinations

Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle

About You:

Female support worker (as per participant’s request)

Reliable, empathetic, and respectful approach

Experience in community or disability support preferred, but not essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently with a client-focused approach
