We are currently seeking dedicated Support Workers to join our growing team. If you’re passionate about helping others live independently, with dignity and choice, we’d love to hear from you!

💙 What You’ll Do:

Provide person-centred support to clients in their homes and community.

Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal care, and household tasks.

Support clients to participate in social, community, and recreational activities.

Offer transport to appointments, shopping, or outings.

Encourage independence while ensuring safety and wellbeing.

Deliver companionship and genuine care.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Compassionate, reliable, and professional individuals.

Clear and fluent English communication skills (both spoken and written).

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

A genuine passion for supporting people to live their best lives.

Essential Requirements:

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate.

Valid Driver’s Licence & reliable vehicle.

COVID-19 Vaccination (as per industry requirements).

Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) – desirable but not essential.
