Our client, a leading FMCG business, has recently implemented Power BI and is looking for an experienced Power BI Consultant to support its integration and help build out a comprehensive suite of reports.

This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Head of FP&A as well as the full suite of Senior leaders to play a key role in shaping reporting and analytics across the business.

The Role

The client is embarking on a significant reporting uplift project, moving to Power BI. The consultant will be responsible for designing and developing a large suite of reports across all business areas including finance, sales, and operations.

• Building new reports and dashboards in Power BI
• Replicating and uplifting existing reports in Power BI
• Working closely with the Head of FP&A to prioritise and deliver reporting requirements
• Supporting the move from daily data refreshes to near real-time updates
• Designing reports that incorporate internal business data, with future scope for customer/external data
• Integrating third-party plugins such as Google, Facebook & Instagram advertising
• Applying DAX to enhance data models and calculations
• Delivering insights that support decision-making across finance, sales, and operations

About You

• Strong experience in Power BI report development (including DAX and data modelling)
• Strong understand and a background in accounting or finance is required
• Experience with Snowflake or other data warehouse environments
• Familiarity with ERP systems
• Ability to translate business requirements into impactful reporting solutions
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience
