Marketing Communications Executive – Join Our High-Energy Team!
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Communications Executive to play a key role in shaping Conxxion’s omni-channel communications strategy. In this pivotal position, you will coordinate B2B communications and create engaging marketing materials to empower Conxxion’s Independent Business Owners (IBOs) helping drive their growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
· Communication Channels: Take ownership of and be responsible for coordinating communication platforms including as social media, CRM, Whats App, SMS and Zoom.
· Calendar Mangement: Managing and optimising the communications calendar ensuring optimal timing of messages to the field acoss all channels.
· Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content (promotions, product, events, recognition) across all platforms including writing social media posts and email copy, creating and designing visuals, and scheduling content for optimal visibility.
· Engagement & Community Building: Actively engaging with social media followers, responding to comments and messages, and fostering a positive online community.
· Campaign Execution: Planning, implementing, and analysing the effectiveness of comapaigns across channels to achieve specific marketing goals.
· CRM Coordination: Work with our designer, to build emails and customer journeys and workflows within CRM, ensuring a seamless experience for leads and clients.
· Mobile App Content Coordination: Support and brief designer to create content within the mobile APP CMS platform, ensuring a seamless experience for IBO's.
· Collaboration: Work alongside the internal teams to coordinate event offers, partner offers, promotions, and virtual training events.
· Brand Champion: Ensure brand consistency by adhering to and championing brand and style guidelines across all communication materials.
· Field Support: Attend training events and field event meetings as required to create live content and support team needs and gather insights.
· Performance Analysis: Monitoring of communication channel performance metrics making recommendations for improvements.
· Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyse marketing performance across platforms, providing monthly reports.
Essential Skills:
· Strong Communication Skills: Effective writing, editing, and interpersonal skills are crucial for creating compelling content and engaging with audeince.
· Creative & Initiative-Driven: Experience creating and building creative assets. A natural innovator who loves generating fresh ideas and takes the initiative to create social stories that capture attention.
· Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and interpret results.
· Adaptability and Learning: A willingness to learn new platforms, tools, and strategies as the social media landscape evolves.
· Expert Social Media Experience: Across Meta and Linkedin.
· Experience using Meta, Linkedin, CMS tools, CRM Tools, Google, Adobe, Canva and Zoom.
· Dynamic & Driven: Energetic, highly motivated, and results-focused with a passion for delivering impact.
· Adaptable: Thrive in fast-paced environments, flexing to shifting priorities and evolving business needs.
· Detail-Oriented & Positive: A meticulous eye for detail paired with a can-do attitude—nothing is too small or too big.
· Qualified: Holds a relevant degree, diploma, or proven experience in Business or Marketing.
