We’re looking for a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect to join one of the fastest-growing Microsoft Partners in Australia, with operations across every state and a rapidly expanding client base.

About the Role

As a Dynamics 365 Solution Architect, you’ll play a key role in designing and delivering solutions that drive real transformation for our clients. While your core expertise is in Dynamics 365 CE, we’re experiencing exponential growth across the full Microsoft stack – including Azure, Power Platform, and other Dynamics workloads – and we welcome applicants with a background in any of these areas.

You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders to shape scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions. From early discovery and architecture through to delivery, you’ll be involved at every stage – ensuring projects not only succeed technically but deliver measurable business outcomes.

What You’ll Do

Lead solution design and architecture for Dynamics 365 CE (with scope to expand into other Microsoft products)

Engage directly with clients to capture requirements, define architecture, and guide solution direction

Provide technical leadership and mentorship across project teams

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions across Dynamics, Power Platform, and Azure

Stay on top of Microsoft innovations and bring fresh ideas to client solutions

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Solution Architect with deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE

Broader experience in Azure, Power Platform, or other Dynamics 365 modules (F&O, Business Central, etc.) highly regarded

Strong understanding of enterprise solution design, integrations, and governance

Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

Experience working in a Microsoft Partner or consulting environment is a strong plus
