As we continue to expand across Australia, we’re seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Service Engineer to support our customers and partners with expert guidance, troubleshooting, and training.

In this role you will be responsible for:

Delivering inverter installation guidance and maintenance training to customers and installers

Providing responsive support via phone and email for technical inquiries

Diagnosing and resolving inverter issues remotely or on-site, including replacements and defect analysis

Conducting site visits when necessary to ensure high-quality service delivery

Documenting after-sales support cases and reporting insights to leadership

Collaborating with team members on technical projects and service improvements

Supporting customers within your assigned region, with travel expected up to 50% annually

We’re seeking someone who is:

Ideally degree-qualified in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field

Minimum 3 years experience in the solar industry is essential

Technically proficient in string inverters, hybrid systems, and utility-scale projects

Strong communication skills

Self-driven, adaptable, and eager to solve problems

Comfortable with regular travel and fieldwork
