About the Role
Based in the Roseville area with domestic travel required, this role is responsible for supporting Laseraid customers in the use of our laser systems, including assembling, installing, servicing, testing, calibrating, and maintaining laser devices at client locations across Australia.

This is a varied and hands-on position that combines field service work with technical problem-solving and customer training. You will also interpret and follow electrical plans and specifications to ensure all devices are installed and operating to standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist and support customers in the correct operation and maintenance of laser devices.

Assemble, install, test, calibrate, and maintain electrical and electronic laser systems.

Troubleshoot and diagnose faults in laser equipment and related electrical components.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, circuit diagrams, and installation plans.

Carry out regular servicing and performance testing to ensure device reliability.

Provide technical training to clients on safe and effective equipment use.

Document service activities and report on jobs in a timely and professional manner.

Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards during all activities.

Ideal candidates will have:

Qualifications in Electrical, Electronics, or Biomedical Engineering

Previous experience in servicing, calibrating, or repairing electrical equipment.

Ability to read and follow electrical plans and circuit diagrams.

Great communication skills and a strong customer service mindset.

Experience in the laser, medical device, printing, or beauty industries (desirable but not essential).
