The Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) is seeking applications for multiple APS4 Tribunal Officers across all our CBD locations, Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Hobart, Melbourne, Sydney, Darwin and Perth, to support the Case Management, User Service and Member Services sections.
These hybrid positions are available primarily on a full-time ongoing basis; however, non-ongoing and part-time working arrangements can also be considered.
Please note: due to the nature of the roles in User Services, onsite attendance is required each day and part-time opportunities are not available.

APS4 Tribunal Officers:
$76,887 - $83,480 per annum + 15.4% superannuation
You will be responsible for providing information and managing enquiries from review parties, their representatives and Tribunal members. Therefore, strong verbal and written communications skills are an essential part of this role.
Desirable:
- Tertiary qualifications in a field of study that might demonstrate some or all the required capabilities OR relevant experience in a similar work environment OR subject-matter expertise related to one or more of the ART's jurisdictions.

About Administrative Appeals Tribunal
The Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) conducts independent merits review of administrative decisions made under Commonwealth laws. We review decisions made by Australian Government ministers, departments and agencies and, in limited circumstances, decisions made by state government and non-government bodies. We also review decisions made under Norfolk Island laws.
The AAT was established by the Administrative Appeals Tribunal Act 1975 and commenced operations on 1 July 1976.
On 1 July 2015 the Migration Review Tribunal, Refugee Review Tribunal and Social Security Appeals Tribunal were merged with the AAT.
