MDP is expanding our team! We are a leading structural engineering firm known for innovative and high-quality projects across the Northern Territory and Australia. We are currently seeking a driven, talented and creative individual to help take MDP to the next level.

What You’ll Do:

Provide general administrative support to the team and office

Support marketing efforts, including social media management, content creation, and digital campaigns

Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and handle correspondence

Assist with document preparation, filing, and data entry

Creating and issuing invoices through Xero.

Liaise professionally with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders

Maintain a clean and professional digital and physical office presence

Engage with the local community through outreach and events

Support initiatives that promote engineering as a career path in the NT

Contribute to internal strategy and the evolution of our brand and presence

Requirements:

Previous experience in administration and/or marketing

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude

Confident using Microsoft Office and Excel

Able to work independently and collaboratively

Passionate about community, connection, and growing something meaningful
