About the role
This position is responsible for assisting with the implementation of an innovative educational program for children from 6 weeks to 6 years within the National quality Framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of a quality program with the children that is inclusive of the Early Years Learning Framework principles.
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team where positive communication is paramount.
- Comply with program related legislation guidelines, Council policies, statutory obligations and the National Quality Framework principles.
- Contribute to the routine at any of Council's five Early Learning Centres.
Your work will enable Council to advocate for and promote the development of children and provide support to their families.
About You
The successful candidate should have previous experience working with children age 0 - 6 years in an Education and Care Service and the ability to work across Council's five early learning centres.
You will also have:
- An ACECQA approved certificate III level education and care qualification
- Knowledge of and/or experience with the Early Years Learning Framework
- CHCPRT025 - Identify and report children and young people at risk or CHCPRT001 Identify and Respond to Children and Young People at Risk
- A current First Aid Certificate
- Paid Working with Children Check clearance.

We are offering an attractive remuneration from $68,111 to $74,982 plus 12% superannuation.
