As part of this role, you’ll not only design, build, and support products that directly impact strata managers and their clients, but also provide mentoring, guidance and expertise to help shape the future of the engineering department.

Tech Environment

• Front-End: React.js (JavaScript/TypeScript), HTML, CSS
• Back-End: Node.js with GraphQL APIs, PostgreSQL/MySQL
• Cloud: AWS with IaC
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, automation, build, test, and release processes

Responsibilities

• End-to-end design and delivery of LLM-driven features – from prototyping to production.
• Building and maintaining RAG pipelines using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Azure Cognitive Search).
• Designing human-centric software solutions that solve business challenges and deliver engaging user experiences.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet real business needs.

What you’ll bring

• Hands-on knowledge of database tech (SQL)
• Solid commercial experience in software development, solution design, and architecture.
• Ideally, exposure to GraphQL, AWS, CMS, mobile (React Native/Ionic/PWA) or performance/load testing.
• Skilled in requirements gathering and comfortable working within an Agile environment.
• Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
