Site Manager required for a leading Commercial & Industrial Builder with over 10 years of experience delivering projects across NSW.

This is a great opportunity for you to join a leading Tier 3 builder that has a long track record delivering successful projects across NSW, offering a supportive and collaborative team environment, specializing in Commercial and Industrial builds up to $20M.

Roles & responsibilities:

• Effective onsite planning & management of all site resources including subcontractors, trades, staff and equipment
• Delivery of projects safely, efficiently and effectively through meeting the project success criteria’s of stakeholder relationships, time, cost, quality, safety and process compliance
• Lead, manage and mentor team members to achieve their full potential and ensure behaviors are aligned with company values
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external

Desired experience:

• 5+ years of experience working as a Site Manager for a head contractor
• Have experience delivering new build construction projects valued $10M+, ideally with commercial or industrial project experience
• Strong civils and structures experience
• Proven experience of effectively managing a site team in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships.
• Good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements, has proven experience of effectively controlling site safety
