Are you an energetic, people-focused professional who loves creating a warm and welcoming first impression? At Tweak Health Physio, we are looking for a Medical Receptionist to become the friendly face of our clinic and support our clients on their wellness journey.

🗓 Availability
Morning shifts through to evenings (clinic open until 7 PM).
We have up to 2 positions available with a 6-month probation period and a 12-month contract thereafter.
📋 Your Role
As the first point of contact, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, including:
Opening and closing the clinic following procedures.
Greeting patients with professionalism, warmth, and care.
Managing bookings and patient enquiries.
Processing payments (EFTPOS, Medicare, Workcover, Private Health Funds).
Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times.
Supporting clinicians and keeping reception/waiting areas welcoming and tidy.
Managing internal emails and general administrative tasks.
✅ What We’re Looking For
Bubbly personality & “can-do” attitude – you’ll thrive in a busy, team-based environment.
Strong multitasking skills – able to work independently and under pressure.
Excellent communication & customer service skills.
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role (Halaxy knowledge is a bonus, but not essential).
MS Office proficiency preferred.
Commitment to confidentiality, professionalism, and quality patient care.
