Position: Early Years NDIS Support Coordinator

Location: Gold Coast, Old

Employment Type: Full time or Part Time role

Salary: Up to $90,000 dependant on qualifications and experience and full or part time role

Closing Date:30th September 2025

We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Early Years NDIS Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

Role Overview:

As an Early Years NDIS Support Coordinator, you will play a critical role in assisting families with children aged 0-9 who are participants in the NDIS. You will work closely with families to develop individualised support plans, connect them with appropriate services, and ensure that their child's needs are met effectively. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping families navigate the complexities of the NDIS and access the resources they need.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with families to understand their child's needs, goals, and aspirations.

- Develop and implement individualised support plans that align with the NDIS framework.

- Assist families in accessing appropriate services, including therapy, education, and community resources.

- Coordinate and liaise with service providers to ensure high-quality support delivery.

- Monitor and review support plans to ensure they remain effective and relevant.

-Monitor and review NDIS budgets and allocate funding to service providers accordingly.

-Assist families to apply for NDIS reviews, collect relevant reports and advocate at NDIA planning meetings.

- Provide guidance and education to families about the NDIS processes and available supports.

- Advocate for the best interests of children and families in the NDIS system.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with NDIS requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Tertiary qualification (diploma or degree) in Social Work, Psychology, Allied Health, Community Services, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.

- Minimum 2 years' experience working with children with disabilities, particularly in the early years (0-9 years).

-Knowledge of early childhood development and age related milestones.

- Strong knowledge of the NDIS and its processes.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for supporting families.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build positive relationships with families and service providers.

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

- Valid Working with Children Check (Blue Card in Queensland)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- National Police Check

- Full Australian working rights or valid work visa

- Current Australian driver's licence and access to reliable transport
