We are seeking a hands-on Foreman with a solid carpentry background to lead a crew on a $8m Warehousing project for a reputable D&C client . If you’re a natural leader with a trade background and experience on commercial sites, this is your opportunity to step into a key role with a reputable and growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure work is progressing according to schedule

Lead and coordinate tradespeople, subcontractors, and labourers

Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and compliance standards

Read and interpret construction plans and technical drawings

Manage site logistics, deliveries, and material handling

Maintain clear communication with project managers and stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand on commercial construction projects

Trade qualified carpenter (Cert III or equivalent)

Strong understanding of commercial construction methods and standards

Ability to manage and motivate teams on active job sites

Current White Card

Experience in Warehouse builds & tilt panels
