About the role

We are plastering company seeking a highly experienced Site Foreman to join our dynamic team at E STAR BUILDING' in Brisbane, QLD. As a Site Foreman, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

Coordinate and supervise all on-site construction activities, including managing subcontractors and ensuring work is completed to schedule and to specification

Oversee the health and safety of the construction site, implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures

Liaise with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to provide progress updates and address any issues or concerns

Participate in the planning and scheduling of construction activities, optimizing workflow and resource utilization

Provide on-site training and mentoring to construction workers, promoting skill development and a culture of continuous improvement

Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to the construction project

What we're looking for

Significant experience (5+ years) as a Site Foreman (ceiling partition lining cladding)

Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment, as well as industry regulations and safety standards

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively

Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical specifications

Relevant construction-related qualifications or certifications, such as a Certificate IV in Building and Construction
