About the Role
We’re looking for an all-round Commercial Foreman to join a motivated, hands-on construction team delivering projects across the Sunshine Coast. This is a role for someone who can confidently run jobs from site set-up right through to handover — not just structural or finishing — and who thrives on keeping projects moving.

It’s a perfect next step for a foreman in the earlier stages of their leadership career, confident on the tools but ready to step into bigger responsibility. You’ll work with a high-energy, close-knit team where initiative, problem-solving, and communication matter as much as your technical skills.

The projects are local, so you’ll spend more time on site and less on the road.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily site operations from start to finish on commercial projects

Coordinate subcontractors and trades across all build stages

Maintain site safety, lead inductions, and ensure WHS compliance

Ensure quality and finishes meet plans and client expectations

Solve on-site challenges to keep schedules on track

Liaise with office staff, clients, and stakeholders to keep communication clear

What You’ll Need

Experience as a Foreman or Leading Hand on commercial builds (schools, small commercial, fit-outs)

Strong understanding of WHS requirements and induction processes

Confident leadership style with strong people skills

White Card and current driver’s licence

Bonus: Additional construction based tickets
