We're now looking for our first team member to join us and play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly.

About the Role

We're seeking an Admin / Sales Support Officer to assist with day-to-day operations. This role will suit someone organised, motivated, and confident working in a small business environment.

You'll be the backbone of the dealership — supporting sales, handling admin and paperwork, updating vehicle listings, and providing great customer service.

What You'll Do

Prepare contracts, receipts, rego transfers, and warranty paperwork.

Manage vehicle listings across Carsales, Marketplace, Gumtree, and our website.

Answer customer enquiries (phone, email, online).

Assist with lead follow-up and appointment scheduling.

Maintain records and ensure compliance (PPSR checks, logbooks, etc.).

Support handovers when customers collect their cars.

What We're Looking For

Strong organisational and communication skills.

Computer savvy (MS Office / Google Drive / basic online listings).

Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Previous admin or dealership experience is ideal but not essential.

Professional, friendly, and customer-focused.

Current driver's licence (essential for vehicle-related tasks)
