Lois Buckett Real Estate is a family owned; boutique style agency located in beautiful Lennox Head. We specialise in Holiday Property Management, Permanent Rentals and Sales in Lennox Head, Ballina and the Hinterland.
Lois Buckett Real Estate is seeking a Full Time Receptionist, to work alongside our growing team.
You will be working from our beachside office located in the heart of our community while being offered full training in an encouraging and positive team environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
· General office and reception duties
· Answering phone calls and emails in a professional manner with outstanding customer service
· Liaising daily with holiday makers, owners and permanent tenants
· Communicating with contractors to organise maintenance works
· Responding to holiday enquiries, sending quotes and taking reservations
· Accurate cashiering using Eftpos and credit card functions via Stripe
· Assisting the Holiday Property team with administration duties
The successful candidate will possess:
· NSW Certificate of Registration or willing to obtain
· Positive, reliable and self-motivated
· Exemplary attention to detail
· High level of computer literacy
· Resourceful and willing to learn
We would like someone who has a passion for providing amazing customer service, who is motivated to do a great job and loves learning new skills and computer systems.
Advantageous skills:
Knowledge of Property Management software and accounting
Knowledge of Social Media Management
Real Estate or Hotel experience or other Front Office/ reservations experience
Driver’s license
