Position: Law Clerk / Paralegal
Salary: $75k–$95k + Super (depending on experience)
Location: 10 minutes south of Perth CBD

About the Role:

This opportunity is suited to a capable and motivated career Paralegal or Law Clerk with at least 5 years’ experience in personal injury law. You will play a key role in managing files, preparing legal documents, and supporting claims through to resolution. The position requires someone who can work closely with senior lawyers, take ownership of files, and bring a proactive approach to client service. This role is ideal for a paralegal who is dedicated to building their long-term career in this space, rather than progressing into a solicitor position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing files across a range of personal injury claims from initial instruction through to finalisation
• Drafting and preparing legal correspondence, forms, and court documents
• Liaising with clients, medical professionals, insurers, and other stakeholders
• Assisting with discovery, briefs to counsel, and settlement documentation
• Ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
• Providing organisational and administrative support to the team

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has 5+ years’ experience as a paralegal or law clerk in personal injury law (plaintiff preferred, defendant considered)
• Demonstrates excellent drafting skills and strong attention to detail
• Is confident working independently on files while supporting senior lawyers
• Has strong communication skills and a professional client-facing manner
• Is organised, adaptable, and able to prioritise competing demands
• Is committed to their career as a paralegal and not seeking a transition into a solicitor role
