We are looking for a motivated and reliable Bricklayer’s Labourer to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting bricklayers with daily tasks on-site

Mixing mortar and preparing materials

Loading, unloading, and moving bricks, blocks, and equipment

Keeping work areas clean, tidy, and hazard-free

Operating basic tools and equipment safely

Supporting the team to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and to a high standard

Requirements

ABN & full-time availability

Own reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence

Strong work ethic – hard working, efficient, and punctual

Ability to work well as part of a team

Good communication skills and willingness to follow instructions

Physically fit and able to handle manual labour tasks

Must take pride in maintaining a clean and tidy work environment

Desirable (but not essential)

Previous construction or bricklaying labouring experience

White Card (Construction Induction)

Forklift/Hoist/Scaffolding licence (or willingness to obtain)

Understanding of safety requirements on construction sites
