Protek WA – Live Site Refurbishment Builder

At Protek WA, we specialise in live-site refurbishments and commercial maintenance across WA. We are seeking a Routine Maintenance Labourer to join our team delivering scheduled gutter and downpipe cleaning works.

This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong safety mindset, trade experience, and a reliable, professional approach to client service.

What you’ll do

Carry out scheduled gutter and downpipe cleaning works in line with client contracts.

Follow contracted job plans, building codes, and company procedures.

Work safely at heights, using appropriate equipment and PPE.

Inspect and maintain quality standards, avoiding rework.

Solve on-site issues and adjust scope or schedule where required.

Complete compliance reporting via digital systems (tablet/phone).

About you

Experience in building/maintenance labouring (roof plumbing, carpentry, or general building).

Current Working at Heights certificate, White Card, and WA Driver’s Licence.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Safety-first attitude with strong attention to detail.
