INSTALLATIONS LABOURER

Aquatic Leisure Technologies (ALT) builds backyard dreams – and we need someone who can help us dig the first shovel of sand to get it done.

We’re looking for a hard-working, hands-on, can-handle-a-shovel-in-the-rain type of Labourer to join our Installations team. If you’ve got grit, muscle, and pride in doing a job right – this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

Setting up pool sites – digging, compacting, levelling, and prepping the base

Assisting the team with fibreglass pool installations

Loading and unloading equipment and materials

Maintaining clean and safe work sites

Working outdoors in all conditions (we’ll supply the wet weather gear)

Learning on the job – we’ll train you up if you’ve got the right attitude

This is real labouring. No hiding in the ute. No fancy titles. Just honest work, good people, and a team that respects effort.

What We’re Looking For

Physically fit and happy working outdoors all day

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team

Previous experience in labouring, landscaping, or construction preferred (not essential)

White Card (Construction Induction Certificate)

Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport

Bonus points for experience working with concrete, sand, trailers, or pools
