About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Coolroom Labourer to join our team. This role involves hands-on work in the construction, installation, and maintenance of coolrooms. You will be required to use hand and power tools, perform manual handling tasks, and work safely at heights.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the installation and assembly of coolroom panels and structures

Operate hand and power tools to complete various tasks

Carry out manual handling duties, including lifting and moving materials

Work at heights in a safe and compliant manner

Operate elevated work platforms (scissor lifts) as required

Follow all workplace health and safety policies and procedures

Support tradespeople and other team members with day-to-day site activities

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in labouring, construction, or similar trade preferred

Ability to safely use hand and power tools

Physically fit with the ability to perform manual handling tasks

Comfortable working at heights

Current Scissor Lift (EWP) Ticket essential

White Card (Construction Induction) required

Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude towards teamwork
