VP Recruit is seeking skilled Multi-Skilled Machine Operators for long-term civil, commercial, and residential projects across Sydney (CBD, Eastern, Western, Northern suburbs).

Your Day-to-Day:

• Operate machinery: excavators, telehandlers, skid steers, forklifts
• Perform site prep, material handling, and assist with earthworks
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and ensure safe operation
• Collaborate with site teams and follow supervisor guidance
• Maintain high safety and operational standards

You’ll Bring:

• Tickets or licenses for machinery (e.g., Excavator, Telehandler, Forklift)
• White Card + PPE
• Safety-first mindset and punctuality
• Bonus if you’re multi-skilled across different machines
