Your typical day:
Work hours are Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
Sharing the reception desk with a colleague, you’ll skillfully juggle:
Greeting new/returning clients, giving friendly assistance and direction
Ensuring young children are heard and encouraged to feel comfortable
Entering calendar appointments, maintaining accuracy and compliance
Processing electronic/cash payments, submitting provider transactions
Following up to ensure required forms and payments are received
Completing admin tasks efficiently while prioritising client needs
Respecting and protecting the privacy of all clients
Desired Job criteria:
Essential: Previous experience in an Administration role
Essential: Working with Children and Police Checks required
Desired: Experience with different payment methods (e.g., NDIS, Medicare, Health funds)
Desired: Exposure to Power Diary (Zanda) practice management software
