The Role & Company

Working as a Project Manager in a professional team, you will be managing varying forms of build including ECI, Negotiated contracts, Construction Management & Hard Dollar D&C within the commercial building sectors.

You will be delivering predominantly new build or heavy refurbishment projects and the employer will be a marked step up from the majority of construction companies in Sydney.

Qualifications & Experience

You will have delivered new build or structural refurbishment projects in the commercial sector as a PM within Sydney to a minimum of $10M

You will ideally have worked as a CA before progressing to Project Management
