Sunrise Adelaide Transport is a growing transport and logistics company with a fleet of 60+ trucks, providing efficient and reliable freight services across Australia. We are seeking an experienced ICT Business Analyst to join our dynamic team and support our technology-driven operations.

About the Role

As an IT Business Analyst, you will play a key role in analysing, designing, and improving business systems that support our transport operations. You will work closely with stakeholders across IT, operations, and management to identify business needs, design solutions, and optimise processes.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyse business processes, workflows, and data to identify opportunities for improvement.

· Document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.

· Evaluate and implement software solutions to support fleet and transport management.

· Gather and analyse data related to customer demand, driver behaviour, pricing, and performance.

· Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to support decision-making.

· Support and train staff in the use of ICT tools including SharePoint, Power BI, MS Project, and Microsoft 365.

· Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure effectiveness of business strategies.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to align ICT solutions with business goals.

Skills & Experience:

· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Systems, or related field.

· Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in transport, logistics, or fleet management.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Power BI, Excel, MS Project).

· Ability to prepare business process flows, gap analysis, and forecasting models.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

· Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities.
