We’re on the lookout for an Account Executive to join their growing Account Management team in Adelaide. If you’re passionate about building client relationships, problem-solving, and driving growth, this role offers the perfect next step.

The Role
As an Account Executive, you’ll be the key link between Rapid and its clients – managing relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying opportunities to deliver more value. You’ll step into an intermediate level role with autonomy, backed by the support of a collaborative team.

What You’ll be doing:

• Building and nurturing strong client relationships
• Managing a portfolio of active clients and ensuring retention
• Conducting product demonstrations and identifying upsell opportunities
• Reviewing systems, conducting health checks, and recommending improvements
• Collaborating across departments to ensure timely project delivery
• Staying across market trends and client needs to provide insights

About You
We’re looking for someone who brings both energy and experience to client management:

• Proven background in account management, sales or client-facing roles
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Tech-savvy with solid computer literacy (and a keen interest in software solutions)
• A proactive, relationship-focused mindset
